My Polished Profile LLC is committed to making mypolishedprofile.com (the "Site") accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to learn about our services and reach out without friction.

Our approach

We design and build the Site with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We use these guidelines as our reference point when adding new pages or features.

• Semantic HTML and descriptive headings to support assistive technologies.
• Alt text on meaningful images.
• Color choices selected for sufficient contrast on body text and key interactive elements.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation and forms.
• Responsive layouts that work on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. Some third-party embeds (for example, scheduling and map widgets) are controlled by their providers, and we work to choose providers that take accessibility seriously. We review the Site periodically and improve it as we identify issues.
