This Privacy Policy explains how My Polished Profile LLC ("My Polished Profile," "we," "us," or "our"), a South Carolina limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit mypolishedprofile.com (the "Site") or engage our services. This page is maintained by My Polished Profile and may be updated from time to time; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest revision.
Information we collect
We only collect what you provide or what is needed to operate the Site:
- Information you submit — name, email, phone, business details, and anything else you include in our contact form, audit form, scheduling form, or email.
- Booking and audit responses — when you schedule a call or complete the Digital Presence Audit, your responses are transmitted to us so we can prepare for and follow up on your request.
- Technical information — basic log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request.
- To prepare your Digital Presence Audit results and follow up with relevant recommendations.
- To send transactional emails (confirmations, audit results, project communications).
- To improve the Site and our services.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers.
Service providers
We use a small set of third-party tools to operate the Site.
