Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective July 1, 2026
We want every client to feel good about working with us, both before a project starts and long after it goes live. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment plans work across our packages, plans, and add-ons.
One-time packages (Polished, Signature, Authoritative)
Deposits and payments made before project kickoff are refundable, minus any work already performed on your behalf (for example, discovery, research, or planning that has already been completed). Once project work has begun, fees for completed work are non-refundable. If you decide to stop the project after kickoff, we will invoice or refund based on the portion of work already delivered and hand over anything that has been completed to that point.
Payment plans (3 monthly installments)
Packages split into three monthly installments are billed automatically on the same day each month using the payment method on file. Installment payments are interest-free. Once the first payment has been processed and project work has begun, installments are non-refundable and the remaining payments are still owed. If a scheduled installment fails, we will reach out by email before pausing work so we can update the payment method or agree on a new date.
Monthly Care plans
Care plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date by emailing meredith@mypolishedprofile.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not issue refunds for partial months that have already been billed. Annual prepaid Care plans follow the same rule: they can be canceled at any time, but partial-year refunds are not issued.
À la carte add-ons
Add-ons such as social posts, articles, and book projects follow the same policy as one-time packages. Fees are refundable before work begins and non-refundable once we have started the work. For recurring add-ons (for example, monthly content), you can cancel future months anytime by emailing us before the next billing date.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email meredith@mypolishedprofile.com with your name, the package or plan, and what you would like to do. We respond within two business days and will confirm any refund, cancellation, or next billing date in writing.
